Console commands require referring to countries by tag, and they're sometimes also used as fan jargon.
Note: A tag is a three-letter code for a country that doesn't vary with localization or with changes in ideology, unlike a name (GER is always the same country, even though it's called the German Reich when fascist and Germany when democratic).
